Individual Foot Symmetry Profile

How you most efficiently load and produce ground force based off of your individual foot profile.

Diagnostic Analysis

Multiple metrics recorded including grip strength and shoulder rotational strength.

Movement Screening

Mobility to asses for limitations and imbalances.

Biomechanics Analysis

Utilizing a markerless biomechanics software to get a full breakdown of the kinematic sequence of your swing.

OFFENSIVE INSTRUCTIONAL:

Our instruction methodologies utilizing biomechanics provide a standpoint from which the athlete can be evaluated and reassessed for progress. Participants will learn and actively apply intentional biomechanical movements such as ground force production to improve their offensive play.
